Our initial Burger offering is the Premium Whole-Beef Burger. Since this product uses the total beef from all major primals, it is naturally very lean - usually averaging around 93%. This is great for any use requiring browning, or using binders such as eggs. Since there is no added fat, our label claims of no additional growth hormones and not requiring or receiving antibiotics can be documented and used.
This 80/20 product is designed specific for grilling or frying hamburgers. Depending on the primals used, there may be fat added to get to the desired lean/fat ratio. For this reason, we can not make label claims as the Whole Beef Burger above. The beef is still raised on our family farm.
